What prints
One landscape page per period, either way round:
- A week — seven day columns and an hour row for each hour you ask for. The default is 07:00 to 21:00, and you can move both ends.
- A month — whole weeks, with the days either side of the month greyed rather than dropped.
Set Weeks or Months to print a run of them in one go — the next four weeks, or a quarter a page at a time. Every sheet in a run shares one set of hour rows, so they line up when you put them side by side.
Nothing on the sheet needs colour to be read. Boxes and rules are drawn as borders, which printers always print — so a page that comes out of a black-and-white laser says everything the screen said. Tick Background graphics in your browser’s print dialog if you want the colour fills as well.
Adding your own events
Type what it is, pick a day, and either set the times or mark it all day. Birthdays and holidays are the all-day kind; they print as a banner across the days they cover rather than inside an hour.
What you type stays in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing is kept once you close the tab — so this is a sheet to print, not a calendar to keep.
How to print it
- Set the week or the month you want, and how many.
- Press Print, or Ctrl/Cmd + P.
- Leave the orientation on landscape. Each sheet is sized to the page, so A4 and Letter both come out one period to a page, with no blank sheets between them.

The page above holds what you type and no more — nothing on it decides when your work happens. That is what Increment is for: you say what has to get done and roughly how long it takes, and it finds the time around the meetings you cannot move. Then you can print that.

Is the printable calendar really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no email field and no watermark. It is made by Increment, a paid calendar app, on the reasoning that the people who need a week on paper are the people who might later want one that fills itself in.
Can I put my own events on it?
Yes. Type what it is, pick a day, and set the times or mark it all day. What you type stays in your browser — nothing is uploaded and nothing is kept once you close the tab.
What paper size does it print on?
Whatever your printer’s default is, turned on its side. A4 and Letter both fit, one period to a page, because each sheet is sized to the page rather than to a fixed paper name.
